Text of Danish publication	1638. Vor nabos fader, Lavst Guuderup, havde en rædsom tandpine. Han vidste ikke, hvordan han skulde være til, fandt et lille stykke reb og besluttede sig til at gå ud i skoven for at hænge sig. Tilfældigvis fandt han et lille ben der inde og gav sig til at stikke ved hans tænd med det ben. Da gik pinen over lige med ét, og hau har aldrig haft ondt i tænderne mere.
