Text of Danish publication	?540. Om Mathias Pedersen i Stensby fortælles, at da hans første kone var dod 1811, fik han en pige til at holde hus for sig, og hun blev tyk vod ham. Da nu barnets födsel skulde mældes til præsten, fik han sognefoged Jens Mortensen i Skamby til det, for han turde ikke selv. Da nu sognefogden kom ind til pastor Zeuthen og havde forrettet sit ærinde, faldt han tilbage i lænestolen, holdt på maven og grinte: Hahaha! nu har jeg ved Gud aldrig hørt mage, at han ikke selv vilde mælde det herop.
