Text of Danish publication	545. I Ajstrup kirke i Vendsyssel findes en stor i egetræ ud- skåren altertavle, rigt forgyldt og malet. Den bærer årstallet 1618 og skal efter sagnet være forfærdiget af to dövstumme brödre på gården Holt i Ajstrup sogn. c. m. kvolsgård, ajstrup.
